Pregnant or just returning to fitness with your baby or toddler? THIS IS FOR YOU! A whole body workout combining cardio bursts, resistance training, and play with baby. Core & pelvic floor focused, safe, effective training.

PRAM FITNESS

This whole-body workout allows your little one to stay in the pram throughout the workout, and combines low impact cardio with functional resistance training using bands, prams & body weight. Don’t forget your pram!

HIIT MAMA BODY

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class suitable for women looking to work their whole body and get results! Be warned: strong pelvic floor & functional core strength a must! Just had a baby? Start with NEW MAMA or PRAM FITNESS.
